HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
