HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Granite Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
