HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
