HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Quill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Omaha area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
