HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Fern Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
