HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Summit Iron Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 893 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
