HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
