HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
