HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Omaha with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
