HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Vista Community Partners is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
