HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Pike Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
