HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Summit Maple Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
