HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
