HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
