HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
