HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Kestrel Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
