HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
