HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
