HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright West Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
