HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ember Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
