HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Glen Freight is a Oakland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
