HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Mill Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
