HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
