HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Amber Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
