HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group produces packaged foods at its New Orleans plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
