HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
