HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Oak Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
