HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
