HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
