HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quarry Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
