HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
