HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations.
