HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Meadow Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
