HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Bright West Inspection Services is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
