HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Bright Wilder Property Management Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
