HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Sable Staffing places workers with employers around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
