HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Iron Learning Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
