HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wilder Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
