HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
