HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Orchard Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
