HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
