HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
