HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Loom Medical Group is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
