HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
