HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Ridge Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
