HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Loom Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
