HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
