HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Ashton Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
