HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Sable Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
