HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Cross Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
